Maintenance & Repair

To extend and maximize the value of their IT assets, many clients contract with Global to test, repair and configure assets for client specific projects as well as to refurbish current life cycle devices for redeployment within their own organizations.

As an added value, Global also manages OEM warranty claims for its clients, handling the entire process from receipt of a non-functioning or DOA item through the complicated warranty claim process to receipt of the repaired/replacement item from the manufacturer.

Global's continuous goal is quick redeployment of client IT assets back into the use in the field, thereby enabling our clients to avoid unnecessary asset purchases and save substantial capital that can then be used for other projects.
